Example Practice Schedule:
Monday:
- aim train (aimlabs / kovaaks, metronome 100 bpm, increase speed by 10 every time you have 90%+ accuracy) - 10 repetitions (gridshot) ~ 10 minutes
- aim train (aimlabs level up gaming practice playlist) - ~25 minutes long
- valorant spike defuse training - hard - 5 minutes
- valorant DM (guardian / sheriff headshot only) - ~10 minutes
- valorant DM (vandal / phantom short bursts only) - ~10 minutes

Wednesday:
- aim train (slow, 100% accuracy) - 10 repetitions (gridshot/spidershot) ~ 10 minutes
- aim train (aimlabs level up gaming warmup playlist) - ~15 minutes long
- valorant DM (guardian / sheriff headshot only) - ~10 minutes
- valorant DM (vandal / phantom short bursts only) - ~10 minutes
- vod review - ~15 minutes

Friday:
